• Maintain the timeline and coordinate the schedule of events

• Final walk-through of the venue before departure

• Securing planner discounts offered by some vendors

• Important reminders and updates

• Monthly Planning Meetings to make sure planning is on track, discuss checklist, and answer any questions

• Relay final guest counts to all necessary vendors

• Ensure that the rental order matches the layout + all necessary items are rented
